What Kind Of Event Can I Host At The Path Farms?
The Path Farms is a perfect spot for birthday parties, graduation parties, showers, clubs, dinners, girl's nights, class outings, or whatever unique occasion you want to celebrate.
How Much Does Rental Cost?
Our base rental package is $200 for 4 hours. This includes the covered patio, bathrooms, open field, fridge/freezer space, cooler, trash can, 2 8ft tables, and benches and chairs. Check out are add-ons list below to see what else you can add. Cost will vary dependant on add-ons.

Rental Agreement and Farm Rules
The customer understands that invoice must be paid in advance and that they will receive a 50% refund if event is cancelled. Refreshment fee will not be refunded if event is cancelled within 48 hours. Decor fee will not be refunded if event is canceled within 7 days of the event. Activity fee will be refunded fully if event is cancelled before 60 hours before event. THE PATH FARMS is not liable for injuries that may occur while at the farm. THE PATH FARMS will allow guests to change date of event due to weather for no extra charge. THE PATH FARMS allows zero alcohol or other harmful substances on premises. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.Events may not play explicit music. Guests may not enter any barns or animals pastures unless accompanied by a Path Farms employee. Guests will be escorted off property for failure to abide by above policies.
